Visitamos la famoso Tumba de Gül Baba, en Buda. Conocer la historia del imperio Otomano y sus influencias, tales como especias y sabores que dejaron en este territorio.
Después en la cocina nos esperan todos los ingredientes.
Cocinaremos “töltött paprika” (pimientos rellenos) y “mákos guba” (natillas con pan dulce y semillas de amapola).
Visitamos el parlamento, después viajamos con el famoso tranvía 2, hasta el puente de Francisco José… renombrado como puente libertad. Hablaremos de la historia del imperio Austrohúngaro y como influyó la cocina imperial de Viena en este territorio. Probaremos un dulce típico en el Mercado central, el famoso Rétes.
.Después cocinaremos “székely gulyás” (sopa de gulash con chucrut) y “szilvás gombóc” (bolas de masa de ciruela).

We visit the parliament, then we travel with the famous tram 2, to the Franz Josef bridge... which today called the bridge of freedom. We tried a typical sweet in the Central Market, the famous Rétes..Then we will cook “székelygulyás” (goulash soup with sauerkraut) and “szilvásgombóc” (plum dumplings).

Wir werden das berühmte Buda-Grab von Bül Gül besuchen, um mehr über die Geschichte des Osmanischen Reiches und seine Einflüsse zu erfahren, wie z. Wir besuchen den Zentralmarkt von Budapest, wir kaufen gemeinsam die Zutaten für die Zubereitung unseres Menüs mit 4 typisch ungarischen Gerichten. Während dem Marktbesuch probieren wir einige der Spezialitäten , wie Aufschnitt, Gurken, Desserts. Wir lernen die typischen Produkte dieses Landes kennen. Nach all dem wartet ein Taxi auf uns, um uns in die Küche zu fahren!
Wir besuchen das Parlament, dann fahren wir mit der berühmten Tram 2 zur Franz-Josef-Brücke... die heute Freiheitsbrücke genannt wird. Wir werden über die Geschichte der österreich-ungarischen Monarchie sprechen und wie die kaiserliche Küche Wiens dieses Gebiet beeinflusst hat. Auf dem Zentralmarkt probieren wir eine typische Süßigkeit, die berühmte rétes aus. Anschließend kochen wir „székelygulyás“ (Gulaschsuppe mit Sauerkraut) und „szilvásgombóc“ (Pflaumenknödel).
